I love movement and I am a big believer that being active can make you feel happier and healthier. This is my personal space, where I will share with you my passion for exercise, help you to move freely and without pain, and support you to build a healthy lifestyle. My approach as a fitness professional is to set goals and get results and I will go above and beyond to help you meet your fitness goals.

  • Online Training

    Train with me from anywhere in the world. Bespoke workout sessions from the comfort of your own home. All you need is your body and a strong Internet connection. Guidance, demonstration of the exercises and feedback are provided via Skype, Zoom, or another cloud meeting platforms. The sessions are tailored to your needs and can include weight training, Pilates, Stretching, Mobility, etc.

  • Pilates

    "Pilates is complete coordination of body, mind and spirit."

    Improve your posture by trying the classical Pilates repertoire or add a twist to your Pilates routine by trying a few contemporary variations. Pilates can be taught either on a Mat, using small props (mini ball, bands, Pilates ring, etc.), or using Pilates Equipment (Reformer, Chair, Tower, etc.) depending on the available equipment.

  • Personal Training

    After completing an assessment and discussing your fitness goals, lifestyle and any medical history - such as injuries or underlying medical conditions, I will provide personalised workouts tailored to suit your needs.

  • Nutrition

    Nutritional advice for a balanced diet and/ or 7-day diet plans are constructed based on the individual, taking into account their diet, lifestyle, environment and many other factors.

  • Retreat

    Available to be booked as a host at your retreat.

My Story

I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Pilates Teacher. Soon after finishing my studies in Sports Science and Physical Education, I completed a Master’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. I am very passionate about improving overall well-being, through the combination of nutrition and exercise. I find what the human body is capable of fascinating and it is amazing how it can be transformed through physical exercise.

A keen swimmer and athlete from childhood, I started ballet classes when I was 3 years old and then did rhythmic gymnastics up until the start of my undergraduate studies, when I discovered and quickly fell in love with Pilates. I hold qualifications across the full suite of Pilates equipment, including Mat, Reformer, Tower, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, and Ladder Barrel. I have experience working in rehabilitation, populations with restrictions and I am pre/postnatal certified.

For the past 10 years, I have been working at some of Athens’ and London’s leading private gym clubs and Pilates studios, while also creating bespoke training routines and coaching individuals on how to formulate nutrition plans that fit their lifestyle.
